If adverse history is returned upon the credit report and you have failed to declare this when given the opportunity to do so, the application will be classed as a fail.

• You must ensure that referees provided on the application form are aware that Tenant Screening will contact them in order for references to be completed. Failure to do so will delay the completion of your screening.

• If references are deemed to be from an unreliable source, you will be contacted to explain the reasoning behind this. Tenant Screening will reserve the right to terminate your application should a reference be deemed to have been from an unreliable source or falsified.
