Tenant Screening was founded in 2010 by Managing Director Andrew Careswell following a business review of the recruitment company he owns.  The recruitment business mainly services clients in the finance sector and consequently has to conduct stringent and consistent reference checks on all candidates.  Having operated in this sector for over 30 years the screening team and the standards that are operated are second to none and audited quarterly to maintain them.


It was realised that the service levels in operation, the standards that were being achieved and the team in place would add tremendous value to the insurance lead tenant screening market offering a service that was aimed at the letting agent’s needs, not the insurance brokers.
